Anesthesia SimSTAT – Trauma: practice the management of a patient with multiple traumatic injuries requiring resuscitation, frequent reassessment, and other emergent interventions.

Dear Participant,

Welcome to the SimSTAT education tool, a joint ASA-ESA-CAE virtual simulation game for anaesthesiologists to practice real life situations.

You will start by an explanatory Orientation Module which teaches you how to play this game. It is complex and has many variables you will have to master. Once you have finished this you will be directed to the module you purchased.

It typically takes at least 3 passes before you complete this session successfully. You can play the module and try to improve your score or test different approaches for one year. You will also receive tips on literature and guidelines to help you in the treatment of your patient.

After having successfully completed your module of the SimSTAT-simulation tool kindly contact ESA for receiving your final certificate with 5 CME points.
